At a recent concert in Washington DC, Madonna tells her audience that they need to vote for Obama because he is black and a Muslim.

Here is some fresh stupid for you today. Have a yard sale and give the money to Obama. What's that, nothing to sell? Well just look @ 1:50 in the video. It's apparently OK to steal your neighbors stuff and sell it for Obama in your yard sale!

In a speech earlier this year, President Obama said to business owners, "You didn't build that." Now. regardless of what he actually meant, that was a stupid thing to say. But it was not the most stupid thing he said during that speech.

 

That's it right there. I'm really suprised that more people did not pick up on that comment from the same speech. Government research did not create the Internet so that companies could make money off the Internet. Enterprising individuals and companies looked at the Internet and figured out ways to make money.

 

So, Internet Commerce Mr President? You didn't build that.

Elizabeth Warren thinks business owners don't contribute.

So, a while back I saw this quote from Elizabeth Warren. I had no idea who she was, but soon learned that she is seeking to replace Scott Brown in Congress. See the quote below to analyze the stupid.

On the surface, this seems like it makes sense. It definitely makes a good sound bite. But if you start to break down what she is saying, you'll see that it is actually a pretty hypocritical statement. This whole sound bite can only apply if the factory owner and his employees never pay any property or income taxes. Seriously, look at what she says. "The rest of us" meaning mister factory owner didn't contribute and owes "the rest of us" something because we paid for the roads and the employees education and the police and fire departments. This is what class warfare looks like folks. It sneaks in as an innocent sound bite waiting for gullible to eat it up. I would think mister factory is already paying forward. he and his employees pay income taxes to help pay for the roads, police and fire departments. They pay property taxes that pay for the schools. He will probably pay for all or part of his employees health insurance. He may offer tuition reimbursement for his employees going back to school. To listen to Miss Warren, you would think he has the police and fire departments right there on standby protecting his factory 24 hours a day.  I could go on and on, but I'll stop here.

Stupid blast from the past - Rep. John Conyers (D-MI) admits he does not do his job.

We (try to) elect congressmen and senators who we believe will represent our best interests and the best interests of the country. Unfortunately some of them are really just in it for the power, prestige and perks that come with holding a high government office.

What we have here is an elected official pretty much admitting that he is not doing his job. And on top of that, it was a election year, even after admitting that he wasn't doing the job he was elected to do, he still managed to get re-elected! This is stupidity on a statewide level. Michigan, this one is on you.

Apparently, this is not a one time thing for Rep Conyers.

 
So what is going on with Rep. Conyers? Will he just sign anything his party leaders send his way? Is he just there to toe the line and collect a paycheck?

Parents beware, your childs lunch could be racist!

Racism is still a problem in the world and it does not look like it will go away anytime soon. You might be thinking "Yes, you are correct because there are still a lot of racists out there." Certainly that is true, but there is another source that seems to fly under the radar. These people believe they are helping the cause, but in truth they are driving the problem. Call them race baiters or other terms, but they are one of the major reasons that it seems like racial issues are going backwards. I'm not sure why they don't get called out more often. But when they are stupid, we'll call them out here.
